Lyons and Company employ a team of staff who provide excellent cover at all times. We employ fully qualified Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives, who are supported by experienced legal secretaries.
On a freehold transaction, exchange can take place within 4-6 weeks, with completion 2 weeks following, depending on the chain situation.
Where matters need to be expedited we employ the services of Chase Consulting for searches, allowing us to obtain results within a few days.
Our hours of work are from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and we do not close for lunch. There is always a team member available to discuss your concerns or queries.

Will Writing Service
Complimenting our standard range of services, we also provide Will Writing and advice, under the management of Clare Leigh. To accommodate the growing demand of our clients, we operate evening clinics on Tuesday and Thursday between 7:00pm and 9:00pm, for those needing appointments out of normal office hours.

When someone dies, the task begins of sorting out what will happen to their property and assets as well as the administration of any family trusts. From 1st April 2009, Lyons and Company will offer a full probate service, providing support and advice at a difficult time. As part of this service, we handle the entire process of dealing with probate, family trusts, estates law and trust law, undertaking subsequent management of the estate and any family trusts, ensuring no mistakes are made and that all beneficiaries receive their entitlements.
