 PARTNERS Lynda E Lyons F.Inst.L.Ex., Soc.L.C. E-mail: Lyn's legal career has spanned over 24 years and she has specialised in Conveyancing and its related subjects since 1985. Completing her Fellowship with the Institute of Legal Executives in 1993, Lyn later obtained her Licence with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers in 2002. After fours years as a Partner in David Evans & Co., where she successfully headed-up the Property Conveyancing team, Lyn has decided to start her own practice and the future looks bright for Lyons and Company. Lyn is married with 3 children. As she has always lived locally, she has extensive knowledge of the areas in and around St. Johns. Emma Hurford E-mail: Emma has a Law Degree and qualified as a Solicitor in 1995. Emma obtained her Licence in 2004. She has specialised in Conveyancing and its related subjects since 1997. Emma has one daughter and lives locally. SENIOR PERSONNEL Jackie Lucas E-mail: Jackie is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has been qualified and worked locally for many years, dealing only with Conveyancing matters. Jackie lives locally and knows the surrounding areas very well. Clare Leigh E-mail: Clare has worked with Lyn and Emma for a number of years. A fully Licenced Conveyancer, Clare is also our Probate Manager and has responsibility for Wills within the practice. She lives locally and has two children. |
